FiSCA Names Jay Shipowitz, CEO and Chairman of ACE Cash Express, as Financial Service Provider of the Year

(Las Vegas, NV, October 19, 2008) - The Financial Service Centers of America (FiSCA) today recognized Jay Shipowitz, CEO and Chairman of ACE Cash Express, as its 2008 William Siegel Financial Service Provider of the Year. The award was presented during FiSCA’s 20th Annual Conference and Exposition in Las Vegas, NV. This is the 18th year FiSCA has presented this award to a leader in the financial service center industry.

The award was renamed in honor of former FiSCA Chairman William Siegel who passed away earlier this year.
