FiSCA Names Jay Shipowitz, CEO and Chairman of ACE Cash
Express, Its Financial Service Provider
of the Year
Las Vegas, NV – The Financial
Service Centers of America (FiSCA) today recognized Jay Shipowitz, CEO
and Chairman of ACE Cash Express, as its 2008 William Siegel Financial
Service Provider of the Year. The award was presented during
FiSCA’s 20th Annual Conference and Exposition in Las Vegas,
NV. This is the 18th year FiSCA has presented this award to a
leader in the financial service center industry.

Shipowitz’s leadership ACE also has deepened their engrained sense

The award was renamed in honor of former FiSCA
Chairman William Siegel who passed away earlier this year.
