Regular Membership
Who qualifies for Regular Membership in
FiSCA?
Any financial service provider that offers check cashing and/or
payday advances qualifies for Regular Membership. Members'
operations and practices must comply with all federal, state, and local
laws and regulations. In addition, members must agree to adhere to
FiSCA’s Codes of Conduct and other standards and best practices
which are adopted and issued by FiSCA subsequently for the benefit of
the financial service center industry and its customers.
Annual Dues for Regular Membership:
$285* per location for the 1st 50
locations.
Discounts are given for multiple locations:
$235*. per location for Locations 51 –
100
$185* per location for all locations over 100.
Members must pay for all owned locations.

The FiSCA Board of Directors has authorized a special assessment of the
entire membership in the amount of $60 per store to fund the
comprehensive, coordinated drive to oppose the proposed CFPA
in Washington D.C.
