What might the future bring? Our first
general session will explore this topic in detail with leaders and
experts from the industry and beyond, including Daniel J. O'Malley,
Executive Vice President of the Americas, MoneyGram International, Inc,
Jennifer Tescher, President and CEO, Center for Financial Services
Innovation, and Dr. Patricia Cirillo, President, Cypress Research.
One thing we know the future will bring; the Consumer Financial
Protection Bureau. We will deliver a cross-section of experts to discuss
the new bureau and its possible impact on our industry. We also have
dedicated a panel to exploring Digital Money; the evolution of payments
to consumers. These panels will include an array of industry and third
party experts and government representatives.
We again will be
offering an"Open Table Discussion" forum where attendees can meet
informally and explore relevant issues with colleagues. And then there
is the Exhibition Hall where more than 100 companies will be offering
the latest products and services. There also will be a formal luncheon
on Saturday with a compelling keynote speaker and the awards dinner
Sunday night with live entertainment.
This year we have an
extensive line-up of workshops dedicated to different aspects of the
financial service center business. FiSCA also will be offering the
popular Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Training Certification Program.
Pre-registration is required for this event. If you are interested,
register early to ensure yourself a space.
On Friday, October 28th, FiSCA will hold its 17th
Annual Golf Tournament. Then, on Sunday evening, building on the success
of last year's awards dinner, we will again be holding our Annual Awards
Dinner which will feature live entertainment. I hope you can join us for
these fun and exciting events. For your convenience we've enclosed a
