The FiSCA National Scholarship Program

The FiSCA National Scholarship Program is available to benefit deserving college-bound high school seniors from families in areas served by its members. Funding for the National Scholarship Program is provided by voluntary contributions from FiSCA members and affiliate members, including MoneyGram International and Western Union.
