The Financial Service Centers of America (“FiSCA”) is a national trade organization dedicated to representing the interests of its members throughout the country.  FiSCA is composed of a diverse and broad range of financial service centers and companies that provide vital financial services to America’s neighborhoods. 

We want you to know that protecting and respecting your privacy is extremely important to FiSCA.  We are committed to protecting any data that we collect concerning you.  While we work to facilitate partnerships and mutual cooperation among our membership, and believe in the free flow of useful information, we also respect the need for confidentiality.  We, therefore, prize the trust and confidence that members across the financial services industry place in us. We will not disclose trade secrets or confidential information to outside parties at any time. We may encourage companies, organizations or other entities to voluntarily disclose information or results that we believe could be meaningful to the Financial Service Centers industry as a whole, but will never do so ourselves, unless we receive explicit permission from the parties involved to do so.

We collect the minimum amount of information about you that is commensurate with providing you with satisfactory service. This Policy indicates the type of processes that may result in data being collected about you. Your use of the Web Site gives us the right to collect that information.

FISCA collects the information from you that we need to administer our business and to provide services to you.  Non-specific information concerning your visit to the Web Site may be collected for analysis and statistical purposes concerning the use of the site. This type of information is non-personal in nature.  We may also collect any or all of the information that you give us depending on the type of transaction you enter into, including your name, address, telephone number, fax number and email address, together with data about your use of the Web Site.  Other information that may be needed from time to time to process a request may also be collected as indicated on the Web Site. If you choose to give us any personal information, whether public or not, we may store it and use it for marketing and marketing research, as well as to complete any transaction you make with us and to provide services to you.

Data in relation to credit card payments is processed by PayPal on a secure website linked to ours and they have their own privacy policy.
