Community Outreach

The community outreach efforts of the Financial Service Center industry take many forms and their importance cannot be overstated.

FSCs build local relationships – with schools, civic groups and others -  that allow for the successful hiring of top quality staff from within the neighborhoods and communities they serve.   The strong relationships that FSC staff forge with their customers is largely due to the fact that the staff, like the customers, are of those neighborhoods and members of those communities.  FSCs provide jobs and career opportunities for thousands nationwide.

Additionally, for decades, FiSCA members have initiated and participated in community service, civic improvement and charitable donation programs designed to positively impact the neighborhoods where they do business.  

The Association has established several programs that exemplify and celebrate community outreach which are described in this section of the website.
