Registration payments must be received at FiSCA Headquarters (NJ) by
October 9, 2009 or attendee must register at door. Please Note:
Registration fee for children 12-17 is $100.00
Written notification of intent to cancel must be received at least 45
days prior to the start of the Conference and will result in a full
refund less a $50 handling fee. No refunds will be made for cancellation
requests received less than 45 days before the start of the
Conference.
Dear Conference Attendee:
FiSCA will be holding its Annual Golf Tournament on the beautiful East
Golf Course at The Broadmoor Hotel on October 22, 2009. The Tournament
will begin with a 7:00 A.M. continental breakfast (at the golf course),
an 8:00 A.M. shotgun start followed by an awards luncheon immediately
thereafter. The registration fee is $295 per person. For those of you
that want to rent (left or right handed) golf clubs and/or shoes, they
are available by contacting the pro shop directly at (719) 577-5792.
Rentals should be made at least 48 hours prior to the date of the
Tournament. Club rental fees are $59 and shoe rental fees are $25.
Please note that denim or blue jeans are not allowed but shorts and
slacks are allowed.
