And this year's FiSCA Annual Conference & Exposition, scheduled for October 1 - 4 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, promises to highlight many of these issues and provide some insight as to how the industry can respond to and best leverage these new and different challenges. Perhaps not surprisingly, the theme of this year’s conference is: "Moving Forward: Issues and Answers for a Changing Industry."

To help us provide you with the information you need to better manage your business now and in the future, we have invited an extremely knowledgeable and diverse array of experts to speak at the conference. These include leaders from the Financial Services industry at large (such as Visa), research experts (such as Synergistics, The Hispanic Institute) and government representatives (such as FinCEN Director James Freis, Jr.).  Additionally the conference will feature former U.S. Senator Don Nickles as a keynote speaker.

We will also be dedicating a significant amount of time to the new federal financial regulatory reform legislation and how that might impact our industry in general and your business in particular.

In addition, this year we have more than 20 workshops dedicated to different aspects of the FSC business.

On Friday, October 1st, FiSCA will hold its 17th Annual Golf Tournament. Then, on Sunday evening, building on the success of last year's awards dinner, we will again be holding an Awards Dinner which will feature live entertainment.
